Refund/Exchange Policy
Exchanges
- 7-Day Exchange Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for a different size of the same product.
- Initiate an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, contact our customer service team at care@sleekthread.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Please provide your order ID, the size you purchased, and the size you would like to exchange it for. We will respond within 24 hours.
- Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. The brand tag and plastic seal must be intact.
- Subject to Availability: Exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired size. If the desired size is not in stock, we will issue a store credit.
- Exchange Fee: A ₹300 shipping fee applies to all exchanges.
Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email care@sleekthread.com with your exchange request.
- Confirmation: Once your exchange is approved, we will schedule a pickup for the original item within 1-3 business days.
- Quality Check: The exchanged item will undergo a quality check. We reserve the right to decline any exchange if the item is used, damaged, or not in its original packaging.
- Shipping: Once the quality check is complete, we will ship the exchanged product to you. Please allow 6-7 business days for the exchanged item to reach you.
Important Notes
- No Returns (Except Defects): Returns are only accepted for incorrect or defective items. Please contact us at care@sleekthread.com if you have received a defective or incorrect item.
- Size Chart: Please refer to our size chart carefully before making your purchase, as no refunds or exchanges are provided for incorrectly ordered sizes.
- Self-Shipping (If Applicable): If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product to us at the address below using a reliable courier service within 5 days of raising an exchange request. Please include your order number and exchange ID in the package.
